Individual Therapy

Sad on Couch_edited_edited.jpg

Individuals ages 18 and up receive personalized therapy that can include learning how to heal, learning and implementing coping skills, and how to resolve symptoms of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, grief, and relationship trauma. As individuals progress through therapy, they are encouraged to set realistic and attainable goals for their personal development. This goal-oriented approach not only enhances motivation but also provides a clear pathway to measure progress. Regular check-ins and adjustments to the therapeutic plan ensure that clients remain engaged and focused on their healing journey.

Emotional Support Animal Services

We provide assistance in obtaining a legitimate Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter for housing, helping individuals navigate the necessary process. Emotional Support Animals offer companionship and comfort to those facing emotional or psychological challenges but require a letter from a licensed mental health professional for housing in Ohio. Our services include a comprehensive ESA assessment to determine eligibility and, upon approval, the issuance of an ESA letter essential for housing accommodations under the Fair Housing Act. Our process involves initial contact, an assessment session, a decision on eligibility, and receiving the ESA letter during a follow-up appointment. We emphasize professional expertise, confidentiality, and a supportive environment to ensure clients receive the help they need.
