How It Works

Our intensive program consists of 5 sessions and 7.5 hours total of therapy, divided into couple and individual sessions based on your needs. The structure of the sessions is fully customized to meet your unique situation, ensuring you receive the right level of support at each stage of the process.

Initial Assessment

Your journey begins with an in-depth initial assessment. In this session, you and your partner will discuss your current challenges and set goals for the therapy process. We’ll identify and address the state of your relationship and help establish a framework for moving forward.

Applying Tools & Skills

Between sessions, we provide you with actionable tools and resources designed to support healing and growth. You and your partner will be encouraged to practice these skills between sessions, building a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles and improving communication.

Couple Sessions

The program includes three couple sessions, where you and your partner will work directly with the therapist to address your concerns. These sessions will focus on improving communication, understanding each other's perspectives, and starting the process of rebuilding trust.

Final Session

At the conclusion of the program, you’ll have a final session to discuss your options moving forward. This is a time for reflection, coping strategies, and addressing any barriers to making a decision. Whether you choose to commit to ongoing couples therapy, consider separation, or pursue individual therapy, this session will help guide you toward an informed decision about the future of your relationship.

Individual Sessions

In two individual sessions, each partner will have a private conversation with the therapist to process personal feelings and concerns. This allows for a deeper exploration of individual thoughts that may not be addressed in couple sessions and provides space for self-reflection (this occurs twice)

If you choose to continue therapy, we’ll work together to build a secure attachment and strengthen emotional bonds, creating a solid foundation for the future of your partnership. If separation or individual therapy is the path forward, we’ll ensure that you have the tools to cope and heal individually.
